| In April of 2007, Frank joined the management team at Phyllis Browning Company.
He was born and reared in Lafayette, Louisiana, where he graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, with a BS in Business Administration. In 1989, Frank became the youngest person in the United States to serve as a Director of Special Programs and Exploring Divisions for the Boy Scouts of America, here in the Alamo Area Council.
Prior to joining the Phyllis Browning Company, he served as District Manager for Hertz Local Edition, leading the business development and operations for the insurance replacement rental market in San Antonio. Frank has held a Texas Real Estate
license since 1994 and is a member of National, State and Local Boards of Realtors. He is married with 2 children and is an active member of the Blanco United Methodist Church.
