|Phyllis Browning, founder and CEO of The Phyllis Browning Company, is recognized as one of San Antonio`s leading real estate brokers. After a successful period with another local real estate company where she was a top producer for almost a decade, Browning decided to open her own real estate firm. She has been a consistent high producer and this year was named the #1 Top Agent for 2011 by the San Antonio Business Journal.
The Phyllis Browning Company opened in 1989 with five agents and a simple goal: to be the best real estate company in Texas. In response to San Antonio`s rapid growth in the
North central section of the city in the 1990s, the agency opened a second office at the intersection of Blanco and Bitters Roads in 1996. Then in 2002 the Farm and Ranch office opened, followed by our I-10 Hill Country office and our most recent office in Boerne. Today, with agents and staff numbering more than 170 and a lengthy list of impressive achievements, The Phyllis Browning Company is well established as the fastest growing residential real estate company in San Antonio.
In 1995, Christie`s "Great Estates" selected The Phyllis Browning Company as an exclusive regional affiliate, providing additional listings of luxury properties and enabling networking opportunities with other firms marketing high-profile, luxury real estate. As we have grown so has Christie`s, now Christie`s International Real Estate.
Browning Company also is a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World,
the largest network of premier independent companies. Comprised of 650

of the World affiliates sell over 1.4 million homes annually valued at
more than $380 billion, and dominate the list of the top 500 real estate companies
in the United States. Established in 1963 as a referral network to facilitate
introductions of relocating clients to colleagues in other cities, the
organization has grown through the years and has become the "sleeping
giant" of the real estate industry.
The Phyllis Browning Company was also one of the first real estate companies to develop and offer a full-time Relocation Department, dedicated solely to helping corporations and individuals relocating to San Antonio from other cities and countries. The most successful of its kind in the San Antonio community, the Relocation Department has won
and continues to win awards for excellence and achievement.
In 1996, Browning was named San Antonio Small Business Leader of the Year and was recognized by the San Antonio Business Journal as number one in residential real estate sales for
