During Women’s History Month, Meet The Women Who Run San Antonio

Women are being celebrated worldwide during March's Women's History Month and while it would be impossible to meet all of the movers and shakers earning nods on national lists, it's not hard to find a female leader in San Antonio.

In honor of San Antonio women, mySA compiled a city-wide, reader-nominated list comprised of those whose work and contributions have played a vital role in growth, business, arts, sports and education.

Whether they're developing public policy or serving up creative fare in a hot new eatery, these women are leaving their footprints on our city.

Among those on the list is CEO or Phyllis Browning CompanyPhyllis Browning.

Of course, this list only touches on the homegrown talent San Antonio is lucky to have. Here's to all of the women and girls working to improve their lives and the Alamo City.
