RANCH NAME: Lopez Ranch

LOCATION: 3 hours from San Antonio. Take IH 37S to 281S. Take 281 S to Premont and take right (West) on FM 716 to Concepcion. Take right (North) on CR 244 and follow to gate. 1.5 hours from Corpus Christi, take HWY 44 W to HWY 77 S to Kingsville. Take HWY 141W to 281 S. Take 281 S to Premont and turn right (West) on FM 716. Take 716 West to Concepcion and take right (North) on CR 244 and follow to gate.

IMPROVEMENTS: Property has water well for the ranch house, game cleaning area and pavilion. A large cistern is fed by the well for water troughs in the working pens for cattle operation and dove hunting pasture in front of the ranch house.
