One of my favorite homes i've ever listed.....you'll possibly never step into another home you'll immediately feel so cozy and comfortable in. If you want to settle for everything, you've found it! To begin with the location is impossible to beat. Robinson ISD but extremely convenient to Waco and Baylor. The open concept of the den, dining area and kitchen somehow combines openness and cozy....i'm not sure how that's possible but this home pulls it off and does so with an exclamation point. Just to name a very few of the other features it presents one of the nicest utility rooms in Waco, a huge separate garage/workshop, mature shade-providing trees, a backyard playground for the kiddos, and so much more. And the cherry on top...i've known the owners for years and they're clean freaks! The home is spotless and so well-cared for, inside and out.
