A Houston native, he discovered his interest in real estate at a young age through hands-on experience in property renovation, management, and observing transactions up close.

Now based in San Antonio, Matthew is pursuing a degree in Real Estate Finance & Development at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), where he also serves on the executive board of the UTSA Real Estate Society. His leadership role allows him to connect with industry professionals and support fellow students.

Before joining the Phyllis Browning Company, Matthew gained valuable experience working remotely for Houston-based firms, processing credit applications and managing rental property finances. Known for his self-motivation, adaptability, and strong communication skills, he brings a consistent, relationship-focused approach to every opportunity.

A unique part of Matthew's journey includes traveling to all 48 continental U.S. states and parts of Canada in an RV with his family during the COVID-19 pandemic, all while continuing his education remotely. -Apr 10 2026 2:00AM
