Chris O’Connell fulfilled all expectations and more. Since we have known him for most of his life we felt very comfortable with him. Working with him professionally surpassed our expectations. Chris was recommended to me by a friend. So, at the start I already knew he would do a good job. He was relentless in his pursuit of a buyer for me. He excels at quick follow up, outstanding communication skills and knowing the market in which he is operating within. I was shocked that we agreed on a sales price, that said, Chris did everything right. My house sold during a difficult time in the market when the interest rates had skyrocketed. I believe this was a true testament to his resolve as a top notch relator.

Working with investors can be a trying experience for some realtors. Not so for Chris. He’s proven himself more than capable. He understands immediacy and is accessible to vet the property, offer his advice and prepare competitive offers on properties. He does his research, knows his neighborhoods and is good at preparing resale recommendations. His keen marketing mind gets to work immediately on how best to position, promote and resell. Excellent negotiator and communicator. Glad to have him on my side.

Chris O'Connell did a fantastic job at getting us the best deal on our first home purchase. He was very informative and always gave his honest opinions throughout the entire process. He was very responsive and always answered any questions we had in a prompt and timely manner. Going into this we were a bit overwhelmed with the home buying process - he did an awesome job at making our first home buying experience a breeze. We couldn't be happier with our new home! I would recommend Chris to all my friends and neighbors. He presented my home so perfectly that we received an over ask offer the first day it was listed. Received more offers than I ever could have imagined. He had to juggle all the offers (yes, we had a bidding war) and all the issues that came up under contract,. He did it all patiently and expertly. I so enjoyed working with him and glad I'm off to my next home so quickly.
