I highly recommend Nicholas. He is the best at what he does. My condo had been for sale for two years with little to no movement. Nicholas was recommended to me. Within two months, my condo was sold, and, more importantly, he made the process and paperwork so efficient and streamlined. Nicholas is the most professional realtor I have ever used, and I have sold many properties. He also keeps you updated on a regular basis. You never have to wonder about what’s happening with the sale of your property.

Chris has simply been great. Initially, we thought that we could sell the home ourselves. After attempting doing it ourselves for about a month, we signed on with Phyllis Browning Company. After that, we're so glad that we didn't try to do it ourselves. There's just so much more to selling a home than we ever realized! Chris Engstrom (our Phyllis Browning realtor) was so helpful during the entire process. Not only did he sell our home quickly, he sold it for more money than we expected.
