I am buying an investment rental in Port Aransas while living in Austin, which means I cannot just pop over to see a property, and Joel has made that a non-issue. He walks properties for me, tells me the truth about them, and has never once pushed me toward something because it would close faster. He answers questions at odd hours, explains the rental side of Port A like someone who actually knows it, and has been patient with every change of mind I have had along the way. We are not at the closing table yet, and I already know I picked the right person to get me there. Whether you are looking in Port Aransas or San Antonio, Joel Harris has my highest recommendation.
