I would like to enthusiastically recommend Roslyn Jones Lopez as a realtor. After living in our neighborhood for over fifteen years, we were not sure where to start. Roslyn was such a smart choice. Her professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and stress-free. We sold our home after moving to another city and we were afraid this might make the process more difficult, it did not. Mr. Stiles provided knowledegable advice on comp values and negotiations and then handled all aspects of the sale, effectively communicating with me, the buyer, title company, mortgage company, etc to move the process forward. Once the sale price was set, the closing happened in less than 2 weeks

Has always been a great experience working with Phyllis and specifically Monette Kroeger. Always seamless through the process from start to finish on buying homes. We had not considered the area we ultimately purchased our home in but Brandi convinced us to take a look at the neighborhood. We found a house we really liked and Brandi worked closely with the builder to view the home and get us the best offer. The timing of the deal was challenging due to the proposed closing date on the new home. Brandi went to work and was able to get us an expedited closing date on our new home. This prevented us from spending additional money for a place to stay while waiting for the original closing date given by the builder. She negotiated a closing date 10 days earlier than the one proposed by the builder. This saved us an enormous amount of stress and expense. Thank you Brandi for an amazing job.
