It all starts with Bennett Kennedy… Truth be told, I’m not found of the real estate agent community. I did my entire career in sales and earned every dollar. I find real estate agents to be over paid and under worked. The steps to most of there financial success is: pass the test, list a house, take a phone call, let another agent show the house (that frankly they no nothing about) receive an offer and then collect 3% of the selling price for doing nothing. This scenario plays out for buyers and sellers agent a like.
That being said, Bennett Kennedy proved to me that there is at least one realtor out there that is willing to EARN his commission. Because we didn’t live in the area and it was a “Luxury Home” Bennett found himself with many more tasks and responsibilities that honestly most realtors wouldn’t have done. Bennet went above and beyond and I promise you I don’t dole out compliments often when it comes to realtors.
In this case, if I were EVER to find myself in a position to have Bennett Kennedy in my corner, I’d take it.
