Joy was a delightful lady from the first day meeting her at an open house. She was helpful, patience, and kind throughout the whole process of purchasing my home. She made a point to get to know me in order to find the right home. I had never purchased a home before and she led me thru the process step by step. She always pointed out good and not so good things about the homes. Helping me to make a decision that I would be pleased and happy with. Joy is an asset to the Phyllis Browning.

I appreciate the hands-on care Joy Heller gave my home purchase process. She was also very adept at negotiation and pro-actively found ways to save me money on the final purchase price. After the close, she has continued to be available for any questions that come up, and overall I am very satisfied with the service she has rendered. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home.
