Working with Janet Heydenreich is a pleasure. After my father passed away last year, I engaged with Janet to sell his home. It was a unique floorplan, definitely not for everyone, and Janet did a terrific job of finding the right buyer. She efficiently guided me through the entire process. Our realtor, Janet H., said she could sell our home fast, above asking and get us a cash offer. Other realtors thought they could sell it and would need sixty days. We chose Janet in two minutes. She was so friendly and personable. She also had a relationship with a very competent house painter, whom we used. Before we even finished painting our home, Janet had a list of ten clients. Within a few days, we had a cash offer well above asking. We never even had to list our home! We were so relieved and pleasantly surprised that our home sold so quickly and for the price Janet quoted us.
