Excellent experience with Lynn Boyd in are recent purchase of 341 Menger Springs. This was our third real estate venture with Mr. Boyd and now we are having him sell our older home. Lynn Boyd did a terrific job with our home purchase, looking out for our best interest to maximize negotiating a low price, and identify good houses and avoid houses with low resale value. He and Kathy were available for inspections and flexible with scheduling. He had expert insight into the price negotiation and was able to help suggest good negotiation approaches that were effective. He was a pleasure to work with and we will get his help selling our current house.
