Claudia was so helpful and thorough in my home selling process. Since this was my first time selling a home, I had so many questions, but she took the time to break down each step for me. Claudia sold me my first home and made the whole process enjoyable and easy! She took the time to get to know me and showed me homes that suited my taste and wide-ranging list of things I was looking for. From the first day we began the home search through closing day and to this day, she is quick to get an answer or help me solve a problem. Her thorough knowledge of San Antonio gives her the distinct advantage of providing her clients with intel about what’s happening in each neighborhood now and in the near future. Claudia was amazing to work with! She walked us through the home sale process from start to finish and really worked to answer any questions we had. She and the company did a great job with photos and the listing- Claudia went above and beyond to make sure our home was ready to show and ready to photograph. She helped us navigate the offers we received and we are very happy with how quickly our house sold and with the offer we chose. I highly recommend Claudia to anyone who looks to buy, sell, or rent a home in San Antonio. You will be fortunate to work with her. She is graceful, professional, patient, and so hard working. With poise, she spent weekends, weeknights, days, and more hours than anyone could guess working with me and my husband as we didn't understand the San Antonio area (she got us up to speed), didn't know what we wanted (to buy or rent on short notice due to a work relocation), and most importantly - didn't agree on what we wanted as a couple (which Claudia tactfully navigated with style and class). In the end, we are in the lovely and walkable King William, enjoying the location and settling into the neighborhood, which Claudia made even easier with things like restaurant and veterinarian recommendations. We couldn't imagine being anywhere else and because we chose to rent, we look forward to working with Claudia when ready to buy.

I'm grateful to have the opportunity to write a review for Claudia, as she did so much for us. Her professionalism, work-ethic, and customer service are undoubtedly superior, but her eagerness to go above and beyond is really what sets her apart. She really made us feel like luxury clients. We met Claudia at an open house, chatted casually about the kind of houses we were looking for, and she immediately went to work for us by sending us several listings before we reached home. Even though our conversation was short, she was able to accurately derive the sort of home we were looking for, and gave us great information on the different areas of San Antonio we should consider. We felt understood and well-informed throughout the searching process. She always gave her availability in advance in case there were any homes we were interested in seeing, and was always available within a few days for showings. When we finally found a house we wanted to put an offer in, she really went to work. She performed additional research on the area to ensure the home would be a good investment and to advise us on a fair offer we could make to the seller. After some negotiating, we agreed on a price and went straight into the option period. I'm not exaggerating when I say she absolutely took care of everything for us. She had great recommendations on inspectors and experts, scheduled them for us, and was there at the home for every appointment. While juggling all these communications with the experts, she was still managing to answer all of our questions on the process (we're first-time buyers) and also act as a intermediary between us and the sellers for the many, many questions we had about the home. She stayed on top of everything and never slowed down. The contracting period was completely foreign to us and she held our hands the entire way. She recommended a lender that was able to offer us a competitive rate; it was instrumental in getting our loan down to an amazing 1.875% fixed interest. Despite the low rate being mostly indicative of the current market, the title company did mention to us that it was the lowest rate they had seen all year. Claudia fought to make sure that the sellers honored all of their promises during this period as well, verifying with multiple house visits that the agreed-upon work was completed. If there was anything she did not know, she figured it out and got back to us within a day. Every night and every weekend was made available to us should we need it. And finally, even after the buying process is completed, she still remains an invaluable resource to us. We continue to ask her for recommendations on contractors we want to hire for various home projects, and she treats us with the same care and responsiveness as she did while we were buying. If that doesn't speak volumes to her character, I don't know what will. I'm certain we were annoying and too-demanding at times, but Claudia made it seem like we were pleasurable to work with. She has the sort of personality that gets along great with everyone. Please do yourself a favor and let her handle this crazy, stressful process of buying/selling homes for you. You will not be disappointed.

I have nothing but absolutely fantastic things to say! I couldn’t be happier. My experience made me feel like I was cared for. The realtor not only worked with me and my schedule but provided places that fitted my needs. She sent me places for almost 2 months every week. Due to being from out of state she went to a couple of properties that I was really interested in and sent me videos and pictures along with her feed back. Her responses were quick and even when I reached out, out of business hours she was sure to acknowledge me. Once I found a place I ran into a couple of hiccups but she help walk me through them and kept in close contact with the property manager and myself about things. The service continued even after I had put in an application and signed my lease. She followed up and was wondering how things were going. If you are trying to find a realtor I wouldn’t look any further!!!
