We've worked with Susanne Marco on several home transactions over the years and there's no doubt in our mind that she has our best interest. Our most recent transaction introduced us to Caroline Decherd and they are the best duo. We never had to think about a single thing throughout this process, they covered it all. There was one time Caroline even popped over to make the kids beds for us ahead of a showing because we had to fly out of town very early that morning. I mean, they are truly the best. And have become great friends. Selling a home, especially a home that has become a true treasure, is a very emotional process and we wouldn't want to go through that with anyone other than Susanne and Caroline!

Caroline Decherd and Suzanne Marco were great partners in selling a home that had many challenges. They provided referrals to helpful resources and offered creative ideas for marketing the property. They communicated frequently and kept me updated with frequency of showings and feedback from prospective buyers. They also advised me when it was appropriate to consider adjusting the listing price and provided an updated market analysis. Both were an absolute joy to work with!
