Krista Boazman from Phyllis Browning Realty was a Godsend to my husband and I when it came time to sell our Riverwalk condo during the pandemic. We now live in Santa Fe and had every intention to travel to Texas and prepare our gorgeous place at The Left Bank for sale, but that just did not happen. Krista Boazman rose to the occasion with her incredible sources. She hired and oversaw everyone who painted and polished our elegant Unit #16. As an artist and designer myself, I relied on her ideas to appeal to a wider buying audience. She thought of every detail, including the orchids she placed for the photo shoot, after single-handedly purchasing and planting the Talavera pots on our river-side porch. Our realtor was an expert and knew what she was doing, including the help she continually gave us with all the online paperwork related to the sale. She then sold our condo to the second person who saw it. Krista Boazman is a smart, inventive, hardworking, hands-on lovely person to work with. I will send a letter to our San Antonio friends asking them to save her name and contact, because without her enormous help, we would have had to postpone things until it was safe to travel, which is the last thing we wanted to do. We purchased our first home with Krista and can't imagine having worked with anyone else. She made the process so easy and helped us navigate through every caveat and contingency that comes with the territory, recommending reliable inspectors and vendors, and coordinating work that the bank appraisal required (at the seller's cost!) On top of all of this, we purchased the house from our current home in New York and only had to show up for closing. Krista organized and owned all of the documents, walked us through each update, met inspectors at the property, and gave valuable insight both into concerns we had that shouldn't be worrisome and into things we overlooked that should be considered more closely. We still can't believe what a wonderful and special house we have and are forever grateful to Krista for leading the process (and ultimately showing us that we could pay considerably less than listing price and what we were willing to offer.)

I have bought and sold seven high-end homes so I know what to look for when hiring a luxury home realtor. I will admit that I'm a demanding client and expect a great deal from my realtor. Krista Boazman exceeded my expectations at every turn! Aside from creating stunning, high quality marketing materials and promoting my home in every imaginable way, Krista provided valuable insight throughout the process. She has decorating expertise beyond that of most agents. I took her advice and am certain it contributed to the speedy sale of my home. Having moved from San Antonio before my home sold, I relied heavily on Krista so her timely and consistent communication allowed me to sleep at night.
