Polo Gutierrez not only worked extremely hard on my quick visit to look at houses in person, but was willing to go the extra mile with FaceTime calls so I could look at homes while living out of state. And he outdid himself with this one! I could not be happier with the location and the home I purchased! He kept me informed, and lessened the stress involved in moving. As an overall team, Phyllis Browning Company is top notch from competency to kindness and everything in-between. 10 out of 10 would recommend again!

Polo is amazing. He made sure we were taken care of trough the entire process, even before and after, Polo truly cares about his customers. We moved from overseas, a decision that was big and involved many changes and challenges for us. Some people will tell you to avoid “doing business with a friend”. After closing on a home last week with my good friend, Polo Gutierrez, I couldn’t disagree more. Polo moved mountains for Skylar and me every step of the way while helping us buy a new (old ❤️) home on our beautiful corner lot overlooking historic Highland Park. This was a complicated and tough deal, and it’s no exaggeration to say that we wouldn’t have gotten it done without the hard work and professionalism of Polo and his talented team.
