Janet has great instincts and she is extremely diligent in both the buying and selling process. She helped us find our home and was patient, making sure we landed on the right spot for our family (which we did). When selling, Janet had a great game plan for us that put us in position to have our house under contract within a week of hitting the market. A+ in every respect. Janet is somebody that I trust wholeheartedly. Janet also helped make sure things were on track and kindly kept us moving on our side with all of the nitty gritty that goes into buying and selling a home. We were having a new baby right when buying and selling (we went under contract while selling while we were in the hospital even). That would have been impossible and painful without Janet and Ashley. Ashley was there to help guide and assist us throughout the process. They both made a great team, and I cannot speak more highly of them.

We worked with Janet Heydenreich because our neighbor’s house was sold even before listing. Not surprisingly, her advices lead our house to be under contract only 3 days on the market. You can have a good house in a good location but a great agent will get your house sold quickly at a great price. Janet has the experience and contacts to make it happen. The process of selling our house was extremely smooth. They hired a great photographer. Janet and her team are very responsive to our inquiries. If you have to pay commission with any realtor, why not use the BEST?

I highly recommend Janet to anyone looking to sell their home. We don't live in San Antonio yet she took care of the entire process so we had very minimal need to drive over from Houston.
