i only wish more than 5 star rating was available! Lynn was the consummate professional, with great attention to detail. He went "above and beyond" in representing the sale of my condo- from creatively marketing, creating events, to using his keen eye on presentation of my unit. He was always available to answer any questions, and I absolutely needed some handholding. I cannot recommend the quality of his representation highly enough.

Working with Mr. Boyd has been a blessing! Mr. Boyd upholds professionalism and knowledge that far surpasses any realtor I have ever worked with. Mr. Boyd provides his clients with a straight forward and honest approach when selecting a home. When selling a home, he will lead his clients in making the right decisions and will help every step of the way. He did a great job in preparing my home to sell and it was so easy to do with him! He told me everything that needed to be done to sell, and made sure the house was ready to go to be on the market. I know that buying a home is a stressful and uneasy process, but Mr. Boyd does everything possible to make it as easy and stress free as he can. When searching for a home, if he does not think it will be a good fit and match for his clients, he will be honest and tell you. He will also provide his clients with his take and opinion on the home and if anything is wrong with them. If he sees a mistake in the home you are looking at with him, he will tell you. Lynn has been my real estate agent for the last 16 years or so. I have bought and sold three houses with Lynn. Buying and or selling a house can be pleasant and smoothly done if Lynn is In charge. There is no detail too small for Lynn to take care of and no problem too big for him to handle. He is focused, professional, gentle when needed, and a genuine person. He is the very best!
