Mr Boyd always goes out of his way to ensure the best resolution on purchasing and buying. He has always done an outstanding job of keeping me informed and advising me. I appreciate the little things he does, like sending a copy of the HUD statement at the beginning of the new year. Also, I found it great working with his assistants. Someone was always available to work issues or answer questions.
