As first time home buyers with a larger than normal family we were very apprehensive about purchasing a home. David was better than we could have hope for going through this process, especially being geographically separated throughout the process. He was incredibly patient as we asked what seemed like off the wall questions. He walked us through each house we wanted to see, showing us why each was a bad choice. When we finally made our decision, with David's profession opinion being no small part of that decision. We had to do most of the paperwork on the road between Utah and Ohio. Agian his help and patience paid off in Spades. All in all, again, we could not have asked for a better realtor during this process and will definitely be recommending him to any families we know moving into the area.

After accepting a job offer in San Antonio, I needed to find a home and move my family in short order. Unfortunately, the first agents I worked with were unfocused, unreliable and ill prepared. A friend recommended Dave Abrahams. With the little I knew about his background I bet that he’d be considerably better prepared, organized and dependable on his worst day. I was right and Dave helped us make up for lost time. Dave listened to our requirements, provided options, personally scouted neighborhoods and hounded unresponsive listing agents on our behalf. We never had to wonder if Dave was doing his part. He did that and more.

He worked tirelessly to show us a variety of places that fit us as a family and guided us through the process to find and acquire the home that fit our needs perfectly.
