Janet is by the far the best realtor I have ever worked with. She not only spent time with me before my home went on the market and told me what I needed to do to prepare to sell it but after we sold my home (in less than a day) we had to deal with an extremely difficult and quite unstable buyer for a month. This buyer tested our patience daily with inundating emails and texts day that never seemed to end and if it wasn`t for Janet keeping me sane throughout the process I don`t know how we would have made it. I will recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor! She`s the best by far!!!

THE most important part of selling your home is choosing THE RIGHT realtor! I made the mistake of choosing an inexperienced one and after a brief period HAD to fire that realtor and go with Janet. No words can describe her vast knowledge and guidance. Following her direction, my home sold in less than 28 days! Not only did her advice produce a sale but her calm demeanor helped me remain calm. She brings elbow grease when you need it, expertise and does it all! Best of the best! Janet brings her A- Game! Delightful to work with and holds your hand through the whole process!
