From A to Z was guided through the process very well. Never was pressured. Being a first time homeowner I needed to learn more and Polo was fantastic in being my guide. Purchasing a home is most people’s biggest expense. You need to trust in what you are being sold and are being heard at all times. Polo did everything right that I needed to be confident in my decision to purchase and am now in a dream home .

Thank you Polo for your hard work and diligence in selling our home. It was a hard decision for my wife and I to make the decision to sell and we felt comfortable with Polo from day 1. He did a great job in providing us direction on how to prep the house for showings. Polo was on time (or early) for every appointment which was appreciated. He created a beautiful listing that appropriately represented our house. He even held multiple open houses when the market slowed down over the holiday season. Throughout the process Polo did a good job of keeping us up to date on market statistics, number of showings, and feedback from showings. When it came time to countering an offer, he listened well to our requests and provided solid recommendations when asked. Polo was always a phone call away and very responsive. Our closing went through without a hitch! We had a great experience with Polo as our agent. I would highly recommend polo and use him again in the future. Thank You!

When the military put us on a tight schedule to buy a home quickly, Polo somehow got us into every house we wanted to see until we found the one in just a few days. Then, when the military said it was time to go on short notice, Polo got our home listed at a price we thought was too high until we accepted an offer at that price only 17 days later and closed less than 30 days after that. Everything went so smoothly and couldn’t have happened without him!

Polo helped me sell land that I inherited and had no intention of using. I’m based in Chicago and he’s in Texas, but he made the process feel as if we were in the same state. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and kept me updated every step of the way. He also managed communication with my family (which isn’t always easy!) with so much professionalism and grace. He’s communicative, trustworthy, and truly looks out for your best interests. I normally find myself involved in matters one way or another, but Polo took it off my plate and handled everything — and he did it so perfectly.
