We had a long haul getting to the finish line on this closing. Our first offer was submitted in July of 2025 and we closed at the end of April 2026. Through it all Ruth was by our side offering such important advice and information that kept us updated and informed throughout the process. Ruth made this whole process seamless, she always responded to our questions, her advice was correct in every way! We could not have had a better real estate agent than Ruth! She is a true professional and Phliyss Browning has a gem in their crown. She is a credit to this industry. She returned phone calls after 6pm, juggling the balance between taking care of us/her client and her family obligations. Because of our tight moving schedule she had the foresight to have a remote closing at our home before leaving San Antonio; this was a matter of true convenience. Also I received a credit as a teacher and this was upon her recommendation and through her assistance was a financial benefit. She was always positive and this is an attribute that is needed because the process of a transaction can be concerning and sometimes questionable. Without any hesitation I would recommend Ruth for anyone who needs representation whether buying or selling a home! Quite simply Ruth was the BEST!

She hosted several open houses, and put us in home sell magazines to keep our home visible to buyers. We could always reach her with questions and if she was unavailable, her team member let us know and responded to our questions. She advised us on what people were looking for, and how to best represent our home. If I missed a showing request, she would let me know so we would not miss the opportunity. We always felt like we were her only clients. She has a very kind, considerate and calming effect while looking out for the interests of her clients.
