We started looking for houses in February. It’s been a long journey but we find ourselves extremely lucky and grateful to work with such a wonderful realtor, Ruth Storrie. She has been extremely helpful, knowledgable and patient with us! At times, I was becoming hopeless and have felt bad about having to keep looking for places but Ruth didn’t let me as she is a wonderful person with lots of positive energy! Overall, the process went very smooth and all as already planned months ahead! She accompanied us during the whole process and even on our closing day to make sure everything goes right. I could not have asked for a better person as my realtor and I highly recommend Ruth and Phyllis Browning to everyone out there (first home buyers who are confused like me) and anyone looking for an amazing smooth process to own a house!

Ruth's incredible service, attitude, and understanding of the area made it an easy choice to select her as our agent. Ruth is truly amazing. We moved to Moscow, Russia amid several major repairs and a slackening market and Ruth made everything so easy. She is a miracle worker. Of all the realtors than we have met with, Ruth is the best. She was extremely patient as we brought along our one year old to tour houses, always made us feel that we were worth her time and attention, was the perfect combination of being professional and kind, and had tons of helpful information for us. Even though we have a tighter budget and weren’t sure we were in the market to buy, Ruth got to know us and our unique needs and really helped us understand what was out there. She also reached out to a lot of people last minute for us when we decided we wanted to visit a house right away and I loved the respectful way she interacted with other realtors and home owners. You won’t regret working with her.

I appreciate everything our agent, Ruth did to help us with the sale of my parents' house. She was very responsive, flexible and went above and beyond since I was out of town. She and her family even went over to the house to protect the pipes during the freeze.
