Leslie did a great job finding us a great rental home in really short. We made contact with her and in less than 24 hrs we were viewing homes. She was professional, punctual, and maintained positive communication throughout the entire lease signing process. If I ever need to rent in the San Antonio again I will definitely use her again. Leslie was great through the whole process! Her extensive knowledge of preexisting, as well as newly built homes, was very impressive. She is very patient and will always go above and beyond your requests. Leslie will always work with your schedule. She is always in a great mood and will never pressure you or make you feel rushed. She knows a lot of people in the real estate industry so any question you have for her she will certainly get you an answer almost immediately. Her recommendations for upgrades, carpenters, painters, inspectors etc, are ones she would use for her own home - for me that was important. You cannot go wrong with her, she is sweet, kind, friendly and always smiles when she speaks! Even after buying the home of our dreams, Leslie is still very responsive to questions and recommendation requests we have for our home! Have you every wondered if your real estate agent was working for you, against you or working at all? If the Energizer Bunny worked in Real Estate then it's name would be LESLIE BROWN! Leslie made me tired with everything she did, but she always came through and did everything with excellence - from working with other agents to our mortgage lender. Leslie doesn't stop working after the contract is signed either - she ensures that you are satisfied and continues to intervene as needed to help you out. We met Leslie at one of her listings while we were casually looking to buy a new home. We had met a lot of agents over the year we were looking and she was the first one that actually took the time to figure out what we were looking for and make recommendations on other listings in our area. We were second time home buyers looking to find our "perfect home" and we did look at a lot of homes. It was a very competitive market and Leslie acted fast regardless of the time of day or day of the week. We knew if we saw something we had to pull comps and make our best offer. We finally found "the one" and made a great offer. Leslie was instrumental in helping us get repair quotes and a fast inspection and paired us up with a great lender who was as responsive as she was. We also decided to list our current home with her. After taking a look at the current market and comps in the area (it was quite difficult as our home was not really similar to any other homes in the area), we worked out a selling price, she helped us with staging and the scheduled the photos. I was amazed at how well our home showed, and others did too. We had what seemed like over 75 showings and had over 20 offers on the property. I know she was working hard with every other agent who contacted her about the home. She was very professional and guided us through the process of selecting the best offer for our home. We had no issues at closing and she worked very had with all parties involved from the lenders to the title companies to make sure everything was on track. We were so impressed with Leslie that we have recommended her to 2 other friends that have used her to buy homes so far. Their experience was very similar.
