Janet Heydenreich and Ali Stone are amazing! They are professional, knowledgeable, accessible and patient. Janet and Ali gave me wonderful advice on needed updates. Their list was shorter than what I thought needed to be done. Their knowledge saved me time and money. Ali was always accessible. She responded immediately to question after question. She is a great realtor. For the start of the process till the end closing, Janet was there every step of the way. She gave great personalized advice regarding many things- from helping me get the house cleaned up at the beginning all the way to good negotiating advice towards the end of the process. She specifically helped in the following areas by providing expertise and referrals from her experienced contacts. I used her people for cleaning, and then painting. After that we did staging and landscaping. She coordinated an aggressive open house schedule and always provided feedback on how each open house went. Call Janet if you want to sell your house in an efficient manner. She is a real professional.

Janet was the absolute best broker we could have ever hoped for. She is so knowledgeable, so kind and reassuring, always has the answer for any question you may have, is fast and efficient at everything yet remarkably still pays close attention to every detail. She really makes you feel like you’re an important client and truly listens to you - she always remembered what was most important to us. Her wonderful assistant Ali worked seamlessly alongside her as a perfectly matched dynamic duo! They both went above and beyond for us. We’d been encouraged into casually talking to a few friends of friends who are other local real estate agents and they were all completely inept and clueless when we described what were looking for (a very specific architectural style, but we’d expected real estate professionals to have some general basic knowledge of architectural terms, and this isn’t a rare one) and those people would eagerly email a handful of absurdly off-the-mark listings before quickly giving up and then fading away into the ether, never to be heard from again. After we specifically requested to work with Janet at the recommendation of a family friend who’s also a fellow award winning real estate agent in my hometown of NYC, she got it right away and started working hard for us from day one of the search process. She even knew insider info about homes that were not yet on the market at times. She never wasted our time with the wrong style of house and was always remarkably quick to return all communication. We ended up with a great deal on a gorgeous, unique, truly special home designed by an architect of some prominence in his day that checked off all of our criteria and so much more. She guided us through the buying and closing process gracefully and we always felt we had her support. She made every step flow smoothly and easily, even the occasional unexpected hiccup that could have been intimidating or stressful if we hadn’t had someone as formidable as she in our corner.
