I had the house appraised by a certified appraiser on the recommended list of security service credit union before I interviewed the four top reality cos in sa. Your agent, Leslie Brown suggested an offering price right at the value. None knew I had the appraisal in hand when I interviewed, nor did Leslie until we signed then I gave her a copy to use as she judged beneficial to marketing the property. I never gave an asking price to any of the agents. I just agreed to Leslie`s price. The others seriously `lowballed` the market price, no wonder they sell so many properties. The buyers are getting a bargain. I could go on about the flaws i discovered with many realtors and it is always the seller that takes it on the chin. Leslie exhibited none of these and performed with high expectations I had of the PB Company. Jeff Peyton

Leslie Brown is extremely professional and takes every opportunity to ensure her clients are satisfied. During inspections, she asked important questions that she knew where important through her experiences that we as clients weren`t aware of. She responds quickly to text messages and email messages. Leslie Brown is everything her welcome brochure promised.
