Owners say they built up 5 ft. It is in fact higher now than other lots. Does need a bulkhead. The 10x 10 portable building and picnic table stays with property. Always will have a great view because no one will be able to build in front of you. As of January the owners say water will be available and sewer. Electric is available. Great place to fish and enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset. Property is in the County so that does eliminate some rules and restrictions. Come on out and take a look. Call with any questions!
