A Full city block with a farm home and huge 1,800+ sq ft warehouse in Rockports South Side Commercial District! I call it The Groves because of all the trees ouling the edge and giving a sense of privacy. Trees mostly line the outside areas and a strip center would look great in the middle. If not, the warehouse was built by a welder and is one stout metal building. The home is being finished up with new windows but both are capable of being moved off to put in the new gas station or strip center!
