This house is a work in progress but being built in 1905 it has lots of unique and original character. Owner cleaning up more and more every day. Lots of rooms that would make a great bed and breakfast for plenty of space for more than one family to stay the weekend. With it being just walking distance to all the shops and restaurants downtown as well as the park and Bosque river it could be a great spot to stay and enjoy Hico.
