This lot has the most beautiful view in the subdivision, looking 1/3 mile down a beautiful canal to the west. This is a freshwater canal with kayaking and other non-motorized boating and fishing. Developer says he is building a marina with access to Tres Palacios and Matagorda Bays. Prices are going up.
