The original home for St. Mary's Episcopal Parsonage was moved to its present location but the 2nd story was taken off so the house could get under the high wires. The architect who designed the home was Alfred C Finn. He designed the San Jacinto Monument. Original wood floors, exposed shiplap ceiling and walls, new paint, new quartz countertop, new appliances. Wainscoting and chair rail wood is from the forests of Germany. Family room has a gas fireplace with built-in shelves on either side and dining room is adorned with a beautiful bay window and custom and cushioned bench. Cypress wood beams enhance and support underneath the house. Three bedrooms with one large bath and a half bath. Flowerbeds and vegetable beds are ready for you to plant your favorites! Sitting on the large wooden deck with a tree canopy above you – watching little league baseball games doesn't get any better. A handicap ramp is part of the deck. Yard is fenced.
