Each adult occupant (18+) must complete a TREC application. Applicant should upload supporting documents and pay the application fee. A copy of ID is required with the application. Additionally, provide required documents: 1. Bank statements showing at least 3 times the monthly rent 2. Two months of pay stubs (W2) or bank statements (1099) Rental insurance is required and proof must be provided. A one-month deposit and one full month of rent are required to move in. Please email listing agent with W-9 and IABS forms. After approval, listing agent will prepare documents and send them to all parties via Docusign.
