What do you get when you have an owner that is very handy and doesn't like to sit still? You get a house with upgrades everywhere. They have upgraded the floors, the paint, added accent walls, upgraded fixtures and they did it very, very well. This is not some DIY fail, but the level of quality you wish your contractor had done. There is virtually no room in the house that hasn't been improved and while you can see a lot in the pictures there are a few surprises we left out. It may seem a little silly to brag about, but when you are touring the home and get to the secondary bathroom, look down… that tile is a conversation piece. So is it silly, or is it just another indication of the level of detail this owner has put into their home?
