These are actually 2 buildings. The South side was our old grocery store, then the north side (old flower shop) got added onto this building. So there is a exterior firewall that lies between the two. The South side (now the flower shop) is only being charged $800 a month, North side (gift shop) is only being charged $400 a month. I can explain their reasoning over the phone. We all know this location can get more rental income. The South side had a new roof put on in 2023 (has paperwork). North side did not need one.
