Oh my what a beautiful tract of land with large native Texas pecan trees. Sandy loam soil, great views of the Texas countryside with plenty of peace and quiet out here with Bowie Lake right down the road. Several tracts to choose from with some having creek running thru it and all having big beautiful trees so come out and pick which one suits you best! No mobiles or mfg homes but barndo's are fine. Plenty of room for the kids, cows and Dad's toys and just a very short drive back to Bowie. Great country feel, paved county road frontage and water wells in area are good.
