Chicago native with a refined eye for quality real estate and a natural ability to connect with people, Allie brings a strategic yet personal approach to real estate. Her perspective is shaped by years of entrepreneurial experience, high-stakes real estate transactions, and a strong understanding of how our surroundings can influence the way people live and feel. Allie entered the real estate industry in 2006 during one of San Antonio's most transformative periods of growth, developing a deep understanding of the city's communities and micro-markets, along with strong relationships that keep her closely connected to both on- and off-market opportunities. Allie also spent more than 10 years building and leading a successful fine art photography business. Her background in photography refined her eye for detail, composition, and presentation while strengthening her ability to think creatively and perform in fast-paced environments. She continues to draw on that skill set today through thoughtful, strategic, and well-executed marketing. Her husband helped lead KCI through its merger with 3M, a defining chapter for one of San Antonio's most influential companies, prompting a brief move to Minnesota. Upon returning to San Antonio, Allie led the design of their forever home, personally overseeing every detail from concept through completion. The experience further refined her appreciation for quality design and provided firsthand insight into the planning, coordination, and craftsmanship involved in bringing a fully custom home to life. Her extensive knowledge of private schools, top school districts, golf communities, walkable neighborhoods, and the city's best offerings allows her to guide clients with a focus on both lifestyle fit and investment potential. Outside of real estate, Allie's greatest joy is her family. She and her husband are raising four boys, including a set of twins, and spend most weekends at sports games, gardening, cooking big family meals, and enjoying the outdoors together. Travel and design are two of her greatest passions and largely influence the way she lives and works.
