Angel specializes in representing residential buyers and sellers in and around San Antonio.
Born and raised in Laredo, Angel attended St. Edwards University in Austin€”He preferred to earn his BA degree from a smaller private university, where students know their professors and mentors one-on-one and you're not "just a number". He brings that same mindset to his relationships with his clients.
Prior to his career in real estate, Angel sold life, medical, dental, vision and disability insurance in Laredo. He then returned to Austin, where he sold home, auto and trucking insurance. Throughout his eight years in insurance, Angel was always intrigued by the world of real estate and the idea of helping others while actually being passionate and excited about the product itself, too.
He moved to San Antonio to be closer to his family in Laredo and finally made the switch to real estate, where he got his start with Keller Williams. Preferring a more tight-knit, family-type work environment, he then joined a prestigious and storied luxury brokerage named Douglas Elliman which, in many ways, is a "national boutique." There, he was able to expand his network and gain fruitful, meaningful experience.
Angel joined Phyllis Browning Company in early 2024. With roughly five years of experience now and strong mentors and connections around the country, the city of San Antonio, and even in Mexico, Angel is confident in educating his clients and guiding them in the right direction.
Angel lives in San Antonio with his wife and son. When he isn't meeting with or negotiating on behalf of his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family at Phil Hardberger Park and Brackenridge Park, traveling, antiquing, exploring San Antonio's food, bar and coffee scene, and supporting his San Antonio Spurs! -Dec 7 2024 2:01AM
