Ashley has been a realtor since 2008 and earned her Broker's License in 2012.

Ashley is very involved in the Austin community, where she sits on the Broadway Bank - Austin Advisory Board and the Seton Development Board, as well as being involved with the Junior League of Austin. She is also a founding member of the Advisory Council for Taking Care of Texas, Laura Bush's non-profit conservancy initiative dedicated to land stewardship and safeguarding natural resources with respect for private property interests. She also served as President of the ATXelerator Board for several years.

Ashley has lived in Austin for over 15 years and knows the area quite well. She brings a unique perspective to residential real estate, having built 2 homes herself. These projects included dealing with the Historic Landmark Commission, the City of Austin permitting offices, City Council Members, engineers, architects, and contractors. Because of this experience, she has an abundance of knowledge to share with those looking to build or remodel homes in the Austin area.

Ashley also brings expertise in farm and ranch sales to Phyllis Browning, working with clients looking for just a few acres to large ranches. Because of her education, Ashley is knowledgeable about mineral rights, water rights, and owning land as an investment. Having lived in Austin for many years and grown up in San Antonio, Ashley has spent countless hours hunting and fishing in the Hill Country and loves working with people looking for properties in the area.
