Devan did a terrific job of identifying properties fitting our criteria. As first time buyers in Texas, we also needed a local lender that would be able to expedite the process. Ditto for a home inspector and HVAC consultant. We were able to fly in for a weekend of viewings, find our property and handle all the negotiations and loan docs while out of the country! Bravo Devan! We would absolutely make Devan our realtor of choice for any future transactions.
