Emily currently serves as Luxury Sales & Marketing Expansion Manager for the Austin Luxury Division at Phyllis Browning Company, where she plays an integral role in advancing the firm's market presence and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Her responsibilities span sales and marketing execution, business development support, recruiting and relationship management, transaction and listing coordination, and executive-level operational support. Emily works closely with leadership and agents to ensure systems, communications, and client-facing efforts are executed with precision and consistency across the division.

Prior to joining Phyllis Browning Company, Emily spent over a decade with DEN Property Group, beginning in 2012 and rising into senior leadership as Director of Operations across all divisions. In that role, she oversaw firm-wide operations, marketing, logistics, and cross-division coordination, supporting residential, commercial, and creative divisions through sustained growth and organizational change. Alongside her leadership responsibilities, Emily has remained a licensed real estate agent, bringing nine-plus years of transactional and market experience to both client service and internal support.

Emily holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Iowa and has lived extensively throughout the U.S. and abroad, including Canada, Australia, Massachusetts, Oklahoma, Ohio, Illinois, and Washington, D.C.€”experience that informs her adaptability, professionalism, and ability to operate confidently in high-touch environments.

Outside of real estate, Emily is a dedicated Bikram yoga practitioner of more than 20 years and a certified yoga instructor, currently teaching three days a week at Hill Country Hot Yoga in Lakeway€”a discipline that reflects the focus, structure, and endurance she brings to her professional work. -Apr 10 2026 2:00AM
