Ernesto holds a BBA in Business Management from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and a BA in Spanish from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Before launching his career in real estate, Ernesto served in upper management for a national bank, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of finance and the buying process. Known for his critical thinking, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of property considerations such as water rights, flood zones, wells, and septic systems-especially in the Texas Hill Country-Ernesto offers his clients informed and personalized guidance at every step.
