He holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from Texas Tech University and a bachelor's degree in Ornamental Horticulture from New Mexico State University. Before entering real estate, he worked in design, construction, and building automation, experience that continues to inform how he evaluates properties and project potential. Jared specializes in helping clients navigate traditional real estate transactions and creative, design-forward opportunities. He works best with individuals and brands who value context, quality, and a clear sense of purpose. Jared is actively working toward his broker license, CCIM designation, and professional licensure in landscape architecture.
