She began working alongside realtors in 2015, helping homeowners prepare properties for the market and guiding clients through renovations prior to move-in. After collaborating on several successful projects with Kate Slaughter, the two officially teamed up, pairing Megan's operational, construction, and design expertise with Kate's extensive local real estate knowledge.
