Merideth attended Texas Tech University, and had a long-standing career with Zachry Group in Industrial Construction. She and her husband, Peter Rubin, have one daughter and two dogs. Merideth is proud to give back to her community with her member involvement in the Texas Biomedical Forum, and Friends of the Children's Bereavement Center of South Texas.
