A University of Texas at Austin and FIT alum, Minette began her career as a clothing designer in New York before moving to Stockholm, Sweden. There she held executive design roles in clothing and home furnishings for major international retailers, including H&M. She led global teams across Europe, Asia, and the U.S. Now back in her hometown of San Antonio, she brings a level of professionalism to her clients which she learned from her 30+ years as an executive in the corporate world. She has a strong work ethic, sharp eye for design and has a customer-first mindset.
