Before joining Phyllis Browning Company, Tim built a successful career as an oil and gas landman, negotiating asset sales and purchases valued at up to eight figures. He later transitioned into the insurance industry, where he co-founded a specialty insurance intermediary. Since becoming a realtor in 2012, Tim has leveraged his extensive experience in contracts and negotiations to provide exceptional service to his clients. Tim's strengths in honesty, transparency, and communication, along with his problem-solving skills, consistently help clients overcome challenges in real estate transactions. He is a member of SABOR, TAR, and NAR, and is a past president of the Hill Country SPCA Board.
