Having done several "outside the box" real estate transactions, Vic will bring both the analytical, as well as the creative perspective to any decision.

Vic grew up in near North Dallas where he learned to appreciate the meaning of community. He moved to San Antonio after graduating from High School and attended Trinity University and UTSA. After obtaining his undergraduate accounting degree, he continued his studies in tax research and compliance. After several years as a CPA in public accounting, Vic became a Certified Financial Planner (CFP') and changed the focus of his firm to forward-looking financial planning. Since real estate is often one of the biggest financial decisions most people make (and make several times during their lifetimes) aiding clients with that decision became a natural segway into real estate representation. He maintains memberships with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR), Texas Society of CPA's (TXCPA) and the Financial Planning Association (FPA), underscoring his professional engagement and continuous pursuit of staying up-to-date on all areas affecting real estate and financial planning decisions.

Vic has two children, a daughter, Jeanette who works at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston and a son, Daniel who lives on the Texas Coast (his fishing guide) and works in marketing. Vic splits his time between San Antonio and Rockport, Texas where he works with clients on their personal and investment real estate opportunities. Since he has clients in other Texas cities and in several other states, he works with those clients to connect them with real estate professionals in their areas, or if in the South Texas area, meeting with them where they are. His commitment to client satisfaction and responsiveness sets him apart in the industry.

In his spare time, Vic enjoys cooking and learning new recipes, restaurant discovery, home remodeling and design and, of course, fishing the Texas coast. -Apr 10 2026 2:00AM
