It was an outstanding experience to work with Phyllis Browning associates Xavier Saldua and Craig Browning when we recently purchased a home in San Antonio. Although the market has been more favorable to buyers this year, we still had a long wish list and a short time line. We had visited San Antonio often, but never had lived here. We needed education about many aspects of the are, such as neighborhoods, traffic, local culture, and commuting. Xavier Saldua, our lead buyers’ agent, was highly organized, swift to answer questions, very knowledgeable, always patient, and commendably cheerful. He not only directed the paperwork (negotiations, titling), but also provided important information about the neighborhood and the property. His recommendations for tradespeople were spot-on. We cannot over-emphasize the efficiency of Xavier and his team. They responded to emails and texts at all hours, provided relevant data and descriptions, and showed us several homes that met our many criteria. They were diplomatic and professional, while also fun to around. The transaction took less than a month, from our arrival in the area to closing on the new home.
