Our realtor Craig Browning was a pleasure to work with, we had been unhappy with our prior realtor but when Craig took over it was a huge difference. He was professional and so knowledgeable. He always promptly returned our calls or texts and he always made us feel like we were his priority! We do not live in San Antonio which made the process more difficult but Craig did everything to help us with everything from paperwork to recommendation for property managers! What a great realtor, if we ever purchase in San Antonio we will definitely use him and we will gladly recommend him as well.

Pierce Sullivan recommended Craig to us after hearing of the problems we were having selling my mom`s home. Craig was actually the third realtor to work with us on it, and we truly appreciated his thoughtful client-oriented attitude. He was always available and made us feel like he was helping us because he wanted to, not because it was his job. We felt he was our friend, not just our realtor! He was friendly, professional, efficient, diligent, patient, prompt in keeping commitments, and helpful with suggestions. I know he has great support froom his office team as well, because he consulted them occaisionally, which we also appreciated. We think y`all are the best!! :)

Our agent (Craig Browning) was acting as a showing agent on our home when my wife and I made his acquantence. Craig was far more enthusiastic about our home than the agent we had it listed with at the time and consequently, my wife and I contacted him about representing us when my listing agent asked to end the contract early. Craig made several suggestions on how to better show the home, brought a professional and assertive demeanor that was previously lacking and as a direct result, we sold out home within 36 hours of relisting and for full price.
